Gather for the ritualistic Lighting of the Hearth Fire, where we will make and mark our place of gathering and ceremony.

Wadawurrung man Barry James Gilson will Welcome us to Country and perform a Smoking Ceremony, taking fire from the Festival hearth fire. During this time, we will begin the process of creating Clooties (cloths) that will be imbued with our hopes over the festival weekend.

Join us for the Lighting of the Hearth as we warm up our spirits for an amazing festival experience.
